Process
Our all-encompassing approach ensures that we offer the best possible solutions for your business.

Understand Your Goals
We discuss any problems or challenges you may be facing and what, in your mind, possible solutions look like. Prospective clients receive a complimentary 1-hour consultation where we explore and build rapport.

Make and Present the Action Plan
Once you've shared your challenges and goals, we sum up by providing a high-level overview of our understanding of the problem and how we propose to address it. We review the scope of the project, resources needed, timeline and the basis on which fees are charged plus any other conditions specific to the initial discussion.

Execute with Milestones
On a regular basis, we consult with you and provide status reports. The status updates usually coincide with a milestone and or deliverable, accompanied by a progress bill/invoice.
We use an iterative process to ensure that we're solving the problem/issue we were hired to resolve. This requires continuous collaboration with adjustments made as and when required.

Review Results
At the end of the engagement, we provide a close-out report which highlights the work-product versus the deliverables in the Action Plan We also highlight areas where we could provide additional help to drive your success.
